Project Timeline and Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. We can assist with the permit application process, but ultimate responsibility lies with you as the property owner.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our craftsmanship. Specific warranty terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide clear access to your property for our crew and equipment during the project. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage, but you should notify your homeowner's insurance of the construction project.

We follow all safety regulations and take precautions to protect your property. However, you agree to keep children and pets away from the work area during construction.

Cancellation and Changes
